From application to using your card at the vet — the entire process takes less time than your pet's waiting room appointment.
Get Started FreeVisit AllPetCards.com and fill out a quick pre-qualification form. We only use a soft credit inquiry at this stage — meaning your credit score is completely unaffected no matter what the outcome.
You'll need your name, address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. That's it. No lengthy paperwork. No faxing documents. No waiting on hold.
Within seconds of submitting your pre-qualification, you'll see your approval status and your assigned credit limit. Most applicants with fair to good credit are approved. If approved, you'll be asked to formally accept the card terms to complete your application.
A hard credit inquiry is made only when you formally accept and submit the full application — not during the initial pre-qualify step.
Upon approval, you receive a digital card number you can use the same day at any of 5,000+ participating pet care professionals across all 50 US states. Your physical card arrives in the mail within 7–10 business days.
Simply present your All Pet Card number at checkout — whether it's an emergency vet visit at 2am, your monthly grooming appointment, or a boarding stay while you're on vacation.
Choose between a 6-month or 12-month promotional financing period. As long as you pay the full balance before the promotional period ends, you pay zero interest. Split the cost of any qualifying purchase into manageable monthly installments.
Manage your account, view your balance, make payments, and set up autopay through Comenity's secure online portal or mobile app — available anytime.
The All Pet Card's 0% interest offer is a deferred interest promotional financing product. Here is exactly how it works: when you make a qualifying purchase at a participating pet care provider, interest does not accrue during the promotional period (6 or 12 months). If you pay the entire purchase balance in full before the promotional period ends, you pay absolutely zero interest.
However — and this is critical — if any balance remains after the promotional period expires, interest is charged retroactively to the original purchase date at the standard APR. This is called deferred interest. To protect yourself, always divide your purchase amount by the number of months in your promo period and pay at least that amount each month. Better yet, set up autopay for the full balance.
There are two easy ways to find participating vet clinics, groomers, boarders, and trainers near you. First, simply ask your current provider if they accept the All Pet Card — many clinics are already enrolled in the network, and those that aren't can sign up quickly. Second, visit go.allpet.com to search the provider directory by zip code.
The All Pet Card network spans 5,000+ participating locations across all 50 US states. If your preferred provider isn't yet enrolled, encourage them to sign up — the enrollment process for pet care businesses is straightforward and free.
Your All Pet Card account is managed through Comenity Capital Bank's online portal and mobile banking app. You can view your current balance, review your statement, track your promotional period end date, make one-time payments, and set up automatic monthly payments — all from your phone or computer.
Setting up autopay for the full balance is the single most important step to ensure you always pay zero interest. The Comenity portal makes this easy and gives you full control over your account at all times.
The All Pet Card is available to US residents aged 18 and older with a valid Social Security Number. Credit approval is determined by Comenity Capital Bank, an FDIC-insured institution. There is no publicly stated minimum credit score — many applicants with fair credit (580+) have been approved. Pre-qualifying takes 60 seconds and uses only a soft credit inquiry with zero impact to your score.
Credit limits start at $200 and can reach $10,000 for well-qualified applicants. The average approved limit falls between $1,500 and $3,000 — enough to cover the vast majority of vet procedures, grooming packages, and boarding stays that US pet owners encounter. As a revolving credit line, your available credit is restored as you make payments.
Unlike installment loan products (ScratchPay, Cherry) that require a new application for each procedure, the All Pet Card is a revolving credit line — apply once and use it repeatedly. Unlike CareCredit, it covers grooming, boarding, and training in addition to vet care.
